Uni After Seasons

I decided I wanted to add seasons items to the uni experience so I built a new dorm. Its decked out with many of the new season options. A green house, orchard, ice skating and roller rink.
First floor. Every dorm room has a double bed. A large green house is located at the lower right hand corner. An orchard outside to the right.
2nd level. Ice skating rink with hot tubs. I placed sprinklers above the hot tubs to put out any possible fires.

One of the playable sims gardening. I froze the game with the garden tool full of dirt, high in the sky.
She quickly drops a seed before the dirt falls from the sky.
While the cafeteria cook is on the lot, I send one of my sims to put up leftovers.
This ended up being a great idea. After the cook leaves, the sims can still get a fast meal.

Winter comes and still the tree's need trimming. Either that or it needed trimming before the snow fell.

I guess she is weak from treading through such high snow.
A puff of snow flies around the sim.
She stands up to show she didn't collapse on accident. It decided to make a snow angel. Just like in real life, it is difficult to exit the snow angle without leaving footprint damage.
Notice the sim in his swimsuit. Wonder what he is thinking. He is a fellow dorm mate, not a controllable sim. He never turned blue that I saw. He seemed to be immune from the cold.
Time to build a snowman.

You can ask other sims (visitors) to join you when your making a snowman. The sim in shorts is building a snowman as well as my two controllable sims.

An odd glitch or a young adult sim who has yet to be bottle trained. This is a dorm student who wants to drink a bottle while he has bladder failure.

Served up several trays of juice. I was wanting to see if they would spoil or what would happen. The juice stays on the lot for a while and then it just disappeared. So far, I have never seen it in a spoiled state.
Generation sim ages up.
